We're back to school, but the kids still need our help!!! We will have a PHantastic Happy Hour at Savage Tiki Bar with David Schwope Friday night, 9/28/26, and it's a great time to bring your school supplies or cash donations.

Savage does not serve food, so plan accordingly. Wear your favorite Parrot Head or tropical shirts and get ready for some PHun!

Jimmy Buffett Tribute at T-Bone Tom's (Friday, September 04, 2026)

GBPHC is part of the Tribute!! Wear your Parrot Head or Buffett attire.

It will be our Friday, Sept. 4 Happy Hour. Look for reserved seating beginning at 4:30pm at the rail and tables near the rail. It's first come, first served. If you want a guaranteed seat, please call T-Bone Tom's and make a personal reservation. Fins Up!!

GBPHC Phollow the PHlock to T-Bone Tom's for The LineUp (Friday, September 11, 2026)

Everyone loves The Lineup Band!! Let's Phollow the Phlock to T-Bone Tom's a bit earlier than when the band begins to get a seat. Only the rail will be reserved for the Club - first come, first served. If you would like a guaranteed table, please call T-Bone Tom's and make a reservation at least one day before the event.

Wear those Parrot Head shirts to show your club pride, and don't forget your badge!!

GBPHC Change for a Change to END Alzheimer's Kick-off (Friday, September 18, 2026)

It's that time of year again!!! Let's search the couch cushions, car cup holders, pen holders, or wherever you may throw your loose change - gather it up - and bring it to the Change for a Change to END Alzheimer's Kick-off. We also happily accept $ bills or checks made to GBPHC to include in our donation to Alzheimer's Association. You will receive a raffle ticket for your donation for a chance to win a PHun prize!!

Mark Moss will be entertaining us as we visit, sing, and dance to phabulous tunes at Scotty's Pub on the Bay. They have great food and cold libations!

Don't forget to wear your Alzheimer's shirts, purple Hawaiian shirts, or just anything purple - this could include crazy tutu's, leis, headbands, bandanas, etc. We're Parrot Heads - be crazy for ending Alzheimer's!

You will have the opportunity to sign up to participate with our GBPHC Team in the Walk to End Alzheimer's on the beach in Galveston Oct. 17. Look for the table with information on Alzheimer's and similar types of dementia as we educate ourselves and make a difference to this devastating disease!

House Concert with Dan Sullivan (Saturday, September 19, 2026)

Enjoy a PHun evening Saturday, Sept. 19, with Dan Sullivan by the pool at R & D's Palapa Paradise in Seabrook. A $20 donation per person a a dish to share is requested. You may bring a chair, swimsuit, and towel if you desire. The pool will be open!!

The doors will open at 5:00 pm and the music will be from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. Please Registerto RSVP so Donna knows an approximate number to plan for.

Walk to End Alzheimer's - Galveston/Bay Area (Saturday, October 17, 2026)

We are excited to announce that we will be participating in the Galveston Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

In 2025 alone, Parrot Head Clubs across the country raised almost $350,000.00 for Alzheimer's. Lifetime, we've contributed more than 2 million dollars! We are a Gold Level National Team for The Walks to End Alzheimer's.

Let's keep up the good work to end this devastating disease which impacts so many in our community.
