2025 has been a very busy year for our charity activities:

  oWe participated in 2 Alzheimer Walks (Texas City and Galveston) & exceeded our donation goal, resulting in $3815 for ALZ!

  o We donated a Club Basket at MOTM for Lone Palm Foundation raffle

  o We donated a $4500 check to Lone Palm Foundation and our President issued a challenge to other clubs to meet or beat our   contribution, raising an additional $28,000 from other clubs as a result!

This year, we featured a different local charity for giving opportunities every month and we had a great response. We will plan on doing something similar this year, but I wanted to solicit your input. If you are   aware of a deserving local charity where our contributions can help our local neighbors and communities, please let me know so   that we can include them this year.
