4:00 pm - we will be entertained by two of our favorites...Chris Bergeron and Rob Kent with The Band Stranded (was at the 2025 RITS pub crawl at Market Station) at Mid-Town Tavern, 5806 Stewart Rd. (just off 61st St. in Galveston). Plan to meet up over there and still be out in time for the night parade if you plan to attend - which is just a few blocks down the road!
...... NOTE THIS YEAR'S PARADE CHANGES ......
Walkers HAVE BEEN APPROVED to be allowed to walk in the parade!!! Rob requested a waiver, and Z-Krewe is allowing it. NOTE: All participants, including walkers, will be required to make two (2) rounds of the parade route, so the gate to leave will not be open until the parade ends. Walkers will gather at the end of the vehicle line for safety reasons.
Vehicles / Floats / Golf Carts - This year each organization is limited to 20 vehicle entries. The parade has been growing year after year. Also note, new this year is that all participants will not be allowed to opt out of the second trip around the Strand. All participants must make both trips around the Strand.
